President Macky

Today the new President of Senegal, Macky Sall, was inaugurated here in Dakar. I went down to the outside of the presidential palace. It was a roaring sea of happy people. When Macky started waving from the top of his car on the way in the crowd erupted and he noise was deafening. This was not just a celebration of Mackey but of democracy.
